Shipping Policy.

We offer free shipping within Hong Kong on all orders for a limited time.

International orders are now accepted! Let our customer service know where you would receive your order and we can explore shipping options.

Shipping time will vary depending on delivery address, international orders may take 1-2 weeks longer than local deliveries.

Due to COVID-19, standard delivery time may be delayed.

We accept rush orders with additional fees applied. Please contact us for rush order arrangements.

Exchange & Returns.

As our products are made-to-order, all products are only allowed to be exchanged if quality issues are apparent upon receive, each product allow exchange once per each transaction.

Damage caused by improper use, wash or by your own alteration will not be considered as quality issue. Please refer to the specific product on its respective web-page for care instructions. Any damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement within the same day of receiving your order.

To exchange a product, the product must be available on Orientale and its price shall be equal or lower than the original order amount. Any shipping fees incurred for exchanges shall not be borne by Orientale.

Please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange for you. All items shall be mail back with original packaging to our designated address.

All products by Orientale purchased through third party are non-exchangeable.
